Substations
The third line the division runs. A building that has a lift and a generator still needs the supply between them to be right, and that is where a substation sits.
Supply and installation
Transformers, switchgear and protection, supplied and installed as one scope rather than assembled from separate orders arriving on different days.
Load and layout
What the building actually draws, and where the equipment can physically go, worked out before anything is ordered.
Protection and earthing
Relays set and earthing installed so a fault stops at the equipment rather than travelling into the building.
Testing and handover
Commissioned, tested and handed over to the people who will operate it, with the protection settings explained rather than left in a folder.
Utility coordination
The approvals and inspections an installation has to satisfy, handled alongside the distribution company rather than left to the client.
Maintenance
Servicing and call-out from the same office, for substations we supplied and for ones we did not.
